Camden’s biggest knowing is that yoga teaches her to listen and is her path for life! Camden is mom to two daughters, wife to Luke, a yoga instructor, yoga life coach, entrepreneur and architect of change. She is challenged and plays on the edges and the center of experience to explore the NEWNESS of life on and off the mat! Camden embraces life with simplicity, generosity, compassion and a grateful heart. In her classes, she encourages and invites you to a new place that enchants you to open your heart and reveal “fresh eyes” with which to know the present moment. She inspires spirit and invites balance in her classes focused on the internal forms of yoga (breath, bhandas and drishti). Her teaching style is kind, challenging, intriguing, and fluid in both her Vinyasa Flow and Yin classes with wisdom philosophies woven throughout the practice. She teaches studio classes, private sessions, business retreats, workshops and renewal retreats. Her practices offer a safe and loving space to explore, inspire and remember!
Camden completed her yoga teacher training in 2005 with Shri and Stan Hubbard of Bliss Yoga Shala and Stephanie Keach of Asheville Yoga Center. She is grateful to Sarah Powers for inspiring her through a Yin Intensive Training in 2006 to pursue teaching Yin Yoga. She has studied and been influenced by her teachers Shri and Stan Hubbard, Stephanie Keach, Sabine Vera, Baron Baptiste, Sarah Powers, Tias Little and Deborah Williamson. Camden has been a certified yoga life coach since 2009 and completed her training with Deborah Williamson of Live, Love, Teach. Camden continues to learn and grow in her practice and recently completed an intensive with Richard Freeman of the Yoga Workshop in Boulder, CO. Camden shares a heart full of gratitude to all of her teachers for their wisdom and gifts along the path!
