Dana Whiteley
Dana’s journey with yoga began as a suggestion from a physical therapist 20 years ago. As she began to feel the changes and healing yoga brought, her passion needed to be shared. After practicing yoga for 15 years, she finally took steps to becoming an instructor.
Dana is yogi through and through and she appreciates and accepts the importance of breath; connecting all aspects of life to our journeys. She has spent most of the past five years teaching internationally, weaving mindfulness and meditation, health and wellness into her classes and daily practice.
Dana’s mantra is that smiles are the universal language, and that everyone needs one. Dana and her husband raised their children overseas, living in many countries. Her passion for travel, especially embracing cultures and traditions, has taught her the importance of listening, opening, and loving. You will feel these connections in each conversation and embedded in her yoga classes.
