Patti Quintero
Patti Quintero, M.A, E-RYT, has taught yoga since 1998. Her teaching style is born out of her training in Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga, focusing on postural alignment and the fluidity between body and breath. Patti’s challenging yet compassionate approach, encourages students to move mindfully through the landscape of postures into a space of stillness and clarity.

She has taught at the Yoga Journal Conference, and has been featured on E! Entertainment Channel and several wellness publications including Yoga Journal, Cookie Magazine, Working Mother and Access Hollywood Online. Patti is the lead for the Yoga Works DVD Beginners AM/PM and has inspired many pregnant women with her DVD, Journey to Birth.
As a Doula and mother of two, Patti works to inspire and support mothers during and after their pregnancy. Her passion extends outside of the yoga studio and into her work with her non-profit project ‘SoulShine Colombia’, which is devoted to bringing Yoga and Meditation to impoverished and underprivileged women, mothers, and children around Colombia. The project specifically aims to empower individuals to tap into their inner strength, brilliance and joy through yoga, meditation and mindfulness, and assist in breaking the cycle of poverty amongst women.
