She leads a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Power, Yin and Restorative and emphasizes the importance of finding balance in all areas of our lives. Chelsea weaves pranayama (breath work) and meditation into her teachings; believing in the true power of slowing down to reconnect to self. Chelsea focuses heavily on the benefits of yoga for relief from anxiety, depression, past traumas and addictions, in order to remember your whole self. She believes the practice of yoga should feel like returning home time and time again, and she truly hopes to share this sense of home with you.
Chelsea has traveled to 17 countries and counting. She hopes you will embrace the adventurous life and join her on the mat and on the road to reconnect to your truest and most whole self.
