Cheri Cope
Cheri has always been a seeker for understanding how the mind works and integrating the mind/body connection to assist her clients and students discover and achieve their highest potential. Her belief is that there are uniquely inherent gifts within each of us that are just waiting to be ignited and align us with our personal power.
Cheri’s personal philosophy is to live bravely and authentically and inspire others to be brave as well. Her entrepreneurial spirit has lead her to combine a Master’s in Counselor Education, Post-Master’s Certification in Sport Psychology, and 500 hr. Yoga Teaching Certification to create business opportunities for applying a richly integrated approach to achievement and overall life fulfillment. She is the new owner of Evolve: A Community Space for the Mind and Body in Hartland, WI. This space provides the opportunity for wellness providers to share their expertise through movement, meditation and healing modalities.
Cheri loves to travel and her favorite trips are those that include adventure, exploration, and anything that involves outdoor physical activity. Yoga is an integral part of her life to counter balance all the the hiking, biking, skiing, she loves to do! Her favorite Yoga classes to teach are Strengthening Vinyasa Flows and Stretchy Feel-Good Classes. Cheri believes that to be able to find a small sliver of stillness in the day through yoga or meditation is an incredible gift to give oneself.
Cheri is married to her husband Jim for 29 years and have three boys; Drew (25), Connor (23), & Ryan (20). Her family has had many amazing trips traveling to many unique destinations. Some of their favorite trips have been to Africa, Iceland, England and Costa Rica.
