Heart Maher (RYT-500 and Continue Education Provider) is a former Registered Nurse who may have left science but is still fond of the human body and anatomy. As a practicing Buddhist since she was a child, she is also a lifelong student of the mind/body connection. She has taught more than 3,000 hours of studio, private and online yoga classes.
