Katy Moeggenberg
Katy Moeggenberg has a passion for being active. In addition to practicing yoga for over 17 years, she is an internationally published fitness author/model, kung fu black belt (5th degree), and professional dancer/choreographer. Her book “I Chin Ching: 49 Exercises to Build Strength, Increase Flexibility, and Improve Balance” teaches a Shaolin martial arts training series that contains many basic and advanced yoga postures.
Yoga keeps Katy strong, calm, and centered as she performs dance and Kung Fu over 50 times a year across venues and audiences. In addition, she uses yoga in her teaching which has been featured and sought after at national dance conventions, college universities, and NFL cheerleading training camps. Katy’s students range from professional athletes to grandparents and her unique teaching style allows every student to get benefit.
