Danae Robinett

Danae Robinett is a yoga teacher, retreat leader and care-giver based in San Francisco. Practicing yoga since 1999, she's been teaching for 20 years. Danae has taught at several corporate settings, universities, festivals -- and one SuperBowl. She has spent hundreds of hours studying Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga.

She believes yoga is for everyone and you don't need to be amazing to start, but you need to start to be amazing. Her classes are warm, welcoming and precise.  Expect nurturing guidance, a dash of humor, infectious enthusiasm and hands-on assists with consent, every time. Danae radiates a playful spirit while still honoring the sacredness of yoga.

She knows exactly how to teach to whomever shows up --- past retreat participants have ranged from true beginners to other yoga teachers, even folks she meets IRL for the first time on retreat. All are welcome.

Danae earned her BFA from Arizona State University in Dance and a minor in Italian; she continues to dance, choreograph and perform.

She's been on faculty at San Francisco State University since 2015 and she's been featured as a guest on over 13 podcasts including: Abundant Yoga Teacher Podcast, ICONIK CEO, Nonidentity Podcast Lee Parks to name a few.
