She leads yoga retreats across the globe, inspires over 13K people globally through her Instagram account, and has been featured on the cutting edge fitness app Alo Moves.

Cortney has over 1000 hours of training in yoga (Jivamukti, Baptiste, Laughing Lotus, Ashtanga) and has 17 years of experience in bodywork & massage therapy which provide her with inspiration and vast knowledge to create powerful classes and retreat experiences.

Cortney is known for intelligent, creative sequencing, while weaving in timeless wisdom & depth.
